An empty grid. Room to grow.

Every neighbourhood starts with 240 plots on a 20 × 12 grid. Empty plots stay empty. A home appears only when a wallet has claimed or purchased that plot in the live registry. The same plot coordinates are used throughout the world so homes do not change address when you reopen the map.

Pan and zoom the map, select an empty plot to check its road requirements, or select an occupied plot to open the home and its owner. The home panel includes a square, 1:1 preview of that design for review before tokenization. This is a visual preview, not a claim about physical land dimensions.

The world grows through neighbourhoods. A trader who meets the founding requirements can create another neighbourhood with its own 240 plots, community and token gate. Building adds a home to an existing vacant plot; it does not move nearby homes or silently enlarge a full road. A full neighbourhood needs another neighbourhood for additional capacity.

Garden Lane has 120 plots, Palm Crescent 60, Ocean Drive 40 and Summit Avenue 20. Higher roads keep their home-count and HOMIO-holding gates. Plot numbers identify fixed addresses, not property valuations.

Wallet identity and your starting balance.

Connect a supported Solana wallet and approve the sign-in message. Connection reveals your public address; signing the authentication message proves that you control it. A sign-in message does not move SOL or tokens. Launching a token is a separate transaction that requires a separate wallet approval.

Your first verified sign-in grants a one-time starting balance of 1,000 game coins. Existing wallets receive this grant once when they next sign in after the grant is introduced. Reconnecting, signing in again or changing your display name does not reset or repeat it. Your wallet identifies your profile, homes, neighbourhood memberships and game coin balance. You can choose a display name, write a bio and select a profile colour. Switching wallets changes the identity you are using. Disconnect when you finish on a shared computer.

[ 04 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Create and join neighbourhoods.

Neighbourhoods are Homio's communities. A founder chooses a name, description, colour and Solana token gate. The Homio token is the default gate; a founder can choose a different mint. People join with their wallets, build homes together and use the neighbourhood chat.

Founding requires at least one Homio token and enough of the chosen membership token to satisfy your own gate. It costs no game coins. A wallet can found up to three neighbourhoods in a rolling 24-hour period.

A token gate specifies a mint address and the minimum number of tokens a joining wallet must hold. The server checks that wallet's balance on Solana when membership is requested. A token gate is an entry requirement, not an endorsement of the token, an investment recommendation or a promise that its members are trustworthy.

The neighbourhood's token gate and Homio's road requirements are separate. Holding a neighbourhood token may let you join that community; Homio token holdings and your existing homes determine which roads you can build on.

Membership does not transfer a token, stake your wallet or give the founder spending access. A founder owns the neighbourhood record, not the wallets or homes of its members. The current token gate is checked again for protected actions such as posting to chat, building a home and creating a business. Selling below the threshold can block those actions; it does not make the founder the owner of your existing home.

[ 05 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Home ownership and customization.

Your first starter home is free in game coins after you join a neighbourhood and hold at least one Homio token. Your wallet must also meet that neighbourhood's token gate. The starter allowance belongs to your wallet and cannot be claimed again by reconnecting. Additional homes cost game coins, use an available plot and must meet the road's unlock requirements.

A home belongs to the wallet recorded in Homio's database. Only its owner can save its design or start its token launch. Purchasing a home token does not transfer the game home or provide building permissions. Direct home resale, NFT deeds and real-world property registration are not part of this release.

Customization changes appearance. It does not increase reward rates or guarantee a token price. Saving a design updates the game record; it does not silently submit a blockchain transaction.

The displayed economy uses 1 game coin = 1 HOMIO pricing unit. Its indicative USD value follows the current HOMIO market quote: a game balance multiplied by the HOMIO token price. Home and business prices stay denominated in game coins; their displayed dollar references can move with HOMIO.

This is a pricing reference, not a reserve-backed financial peg. A game coin cannot be withdrawn, swapped or redeemed for one on-chain HOMIO token. There is no guarantee that a displayed dollar reference can be realized. If a valid market quote is unavailable, the USD reference stays unavailable.

Every verified wallet receives 1,000 starter game coins once. This is separate from the free first Garden Lane home and separate from holder rewards. Token and neighbourhood gates still apply when you spend the starting balance.

When holder rewards are enabled, Homio checks your balance through its Solana RPC provider. Claiming records a new checkpoint and credits the game coins calculated by the server. The browser cannot choose your balance, backdate a checkpoint or award itself coins.

Rewards use sampled balances at checkpoints. They do not continuously monitor every transfer, and they are not proof that a token was held throughout every second between checks. The first checkpoint begins tracking; it does not award a lifetime of backdated rewards. Eligible elapsed time is capped to limit unattended accumulation.

How a claim is calculated

The rate is 10 × the square root of the lower of your previous and current Homio balances, capped at 500 game coins per hour. A balance below one Homio token earns zero. The server applies the elapsed time since your previous checkpoint, capped at 24 hours, and awards whole game coins.

For example, if both checkpoints show 100 Homio tokens and they are two hours apart, the rate is 100 game coins per hour and the claim awards 200 game coins. This formula controls how many game points are awarded. It does not pay tokens or an investment return.

Game coins are consumed when building. Owning more homes lets you meet progression requirements and gives you more homes you may tokenize. A home does not automatically produce cash, yield or additional game coins simply by existing.

[ 07 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Road prices and unlock requirements.

Requirements are checked when a home is built. The token amounts below are units of the configured Homio token, not dollars. Existing-home requirements refer to homes your wallet already owns across all neighbourhoods before the purchase.

Your first starter home uses the starter allowance instead of the normal Garden Lane price. Each neighbourhood has 240 plots: 120 on Garden Lane, 60 on Palm Crescent, 40 on Ocean Drive and 20 on Summit Avenue. A full road cannot accept another home. A later balance change does not itself transfer an existing home to someone else.

[ 08 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Tokenize your virtual real estate.

Tokenization creates a new memecoin through the Pump protocol and links the confirmed mint to a Homio home. It is a social identity for that home, not a legal deed. Each home can have one linked token launch. A token buyer receives the token's on-chain rights only, with no contractual right to the home, rent or treasury.

  1. Choose your home. Open a home you own and select its launch action.
  2. Review its identity. Check the square home preview, then add a token name, ticker, description and supported metadata.
  3. Review the launch. Confirm the wallet, network, token details, fee recipients and costs shown in the wallet.
  4. Approve in your wallet. The owner signs the required transaction steps. A rejected or expired transaction is not a successful launch.
  5. Wait for confirmation. Homio verifies the result on Solana before recording the linked token. The mint and transaction can then be checked independently.

The flow has three transaction stages: create the token, create its fee-sharing configuration, and finalize the recipients. Expect separate wallet approvals. If creation succeeds but fee setup is interrupted, use the recovery flow to finish that configuration. Do not assume the 80/20 split is active until its configuration has been confirmed.

Before a token exists on-chain, closing the browser can require restarting its preparation. After token creation, the saved launch record lets the same owner resume the remaining setup. The application never stores your wallet's private key or the temporary mint key.

Network fees, token account rent and Pump costs are separate from game coins. A launch does not guarantee buyers, trading volume, liquidity, graduation to an AMM or market value. Homio does not execute trades on your behalf after launch.

[ 09 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Businesses live in homes.

A business is an advanced game building attached to one of your homes. You need at least 3 homes in the same neighbourhood and 12,000 game coins to create one. Each wallet can have one business per neighbourhood, and each home can host one business. Your wallet must still meet the neighbourhood's current token gate.

The business has a name, an industry, an agent name and a mandate describing the kind of ideas it should propose. A configured AI provider generates its proposals. If that service is unavailable, the interface explains the problem; it does not invent a successful agent run.

The business agent produces a token concept for you to review. It is a proposal assistant: it does not control your wallet, hold a private key, trade by itself or promise to earn money. You remain responsible for the token's description and for approving each launch.

Review a proposal, reject it if it is unsuitable, or proceed to the same owner-signed Pump launch process. A generated proposal is not a deployed token. A pending transaction is not confirmed revenue.

Creator fees depend on actual eligible trading and the Pump protocol. They may be zero. The business owner receives the configured share of fees actually distributed; owning a business creates no guaranteed salary, dividend or return.

Agent docs. Owner-controlled launches.

Business proposal agentDraft → review → owner signature → on-chain confirmation

Each business can ask its agent for a memecoin concept based on its name, industry and mandate. The agent returns a structured name, ticker and description. It cannot sign transactions, move wallet funds or bypass the owner. Use the business panel in the world to run this workflow.

The owner approves creation and the final 80/20 fee configuration.

1. Authenticate the owner

The website requests a challenge from POST /api/auth/nonce with { wallet }. The wallet signs the exact returned message as UTF-8 bytes. POST /api/auth/verify accepts { wallet, signature }, with the signature encoded in base58. The challenge expires after five minutes and can be used once. Successful verification creates an HTTP-only session cookie.

The routes below are same-origin application endpoints used by Homio's signed-in browser. They are not a public MCP server or an API-key service. Do not copy a session cookie into an agent prompt, send a seed phrase or upload a private key. A wallet connection alone does not authenticate an agent request.

2. Read or request a proposal

GET /api/agent?businessId=… returns { proposals, agentEnabled }. It includes the owner's latest 50 proposals. To generate a concept, send the UUID of a business you own:

Same-origin browser example
const response = await fetch('/api/agent', {
  method: 'POST',
  credentials: 'same-origin',
  headers: { 'Content-Type': 'application/json' },
  body: JSON.stringify({
    businessId: ownedBusiness.id,
    action: 'generate'
  })
});
const data = await response.json();
if (!response.ok) throw new Error(data.error);
const proposal = data.proposal;

Successful generation returns the following shape. The values shown are illustrative schema placeholders, not a live proposal or a launched token.

{
  "proposal": {
    "id": "<proposal UUID>",
    "businessId": "<business UUID>",
    "name": "<token name>",
    "symbol": "<UPPERCASE TICKER>",
    "description": "<concept and memecoin disclosure>",
    "status": "pending",
    "createdAt": "<ISO 8601 timestamp>"
  }
}

The generated name is 2–32 characters; the symbol is 2–10 uppercase letters or digits; the model description is 20–750 characters. Homio appends its memecoin disclosure. A launched proposal also includes its mint. A request returns an existing pending proposal instead of generating a duplicate. New generations require current HOMIO holdings and neighbourhood eligibility and are limited to three per wallet per hour.

3. Review, reject or launch

Proposal stateMeaningNext action
pendingA saved draft, with no completed token launchReview, reject or prepare a launch
rejectedThe owner discarded the draftRequest another proposal
launchedThe token and required fee configuration were verifiedInspect the mint and confirmed transaction

Reject an unlaunched proposal with POST /api/agent and { businessId, action: "reject", proposalId }. Success returns { rejected: true }. A proposal with a prepared launch cannot be discarded midway; recover that launch first. Business states are idle, proposed and launched.

Launching uses the same wallet-signed flow as a home token. POST /api/launch/prepare accepts multipart fields homeId, proposalId, mint, name, symbol, description and an optional supported image. The home must host that business and belong to the owner. The browser creates the new mint key temporarily; Homio never stores it.

Preparation is followed by the create, sharing and split transaction stages. The owner reviews and signs each stage. GET /api/launch/state?id=… reports the next step; POST /api/launch/confirm verifies the on-chain result before the proposal becomes launched. The final creator fee split is 80% owner and 20% Homio treasury, with recipient updates revoked.

Failure and recovery

Unauthenticated requests return 401. An unavailable or unowned business returns 404; a proposal already launched, rejected or being launched can return 409; a rate limit returns 429. Provider outages or disabled generation return 503, and an invalid model response returns 502. Error responses use { error: "message" }. None of these responses means a token has been created.

If a wallet rejects a transaction, no approval is implied. If token creation succeeded but fee setup did not finish, reopen the saved launch and continue its remaining stages. Agent proposals and creator fees can both be zero; no business promises revenue.

[ 11 / DOCUMENTATION ]

The market is a view of real records.

The market combines HOMIO pricing, recorded tokenized homes, ownership activity and verified trading activity. Token quotes describe the linked memecoin. They do not appraise the home, transfer its ownership or make a plot available for resale.

Live home claims come from the ownership registry. Trading activity is filtered to public wallets registered with Homio and supported HOMIO transactions verified by the configured Solana data source. Being listed means that a wallet has used Homio; it does not mean that the person is connected or online now.

Coverage is bounded: the trade feed checks recent supported Pump and Pump AMM activity. It does not index every Solana exchange, every historical trade or private wallet activity. Unsupported or unverifiable transactions stay out of the feed. Public wallet and transaction links let you inspect the evidence.

The economy value is the sum of recorded game-coin balances multiplied by the current HOMIO price reference. HOMIO market capitalization, when available from the market source, is a separate token-market figure. Neither number is treasury reserves, cash held for withdrawals or money owed to players.

Unavailable data stays unavailable. A valid empty feed means that no matching records were found in the covered window; it does not prove there were no trades elsewhere. Read the source and update time beside market figures before comparing them.

[ 12 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Creator fees: 80% owner, 20% treasury.

Homio's launch flow configures Pump's native creator fee sharing. Of the creator fees allocated to a configured Homio launch, 80% goes to the owner's wallet and 20% goes to the Homio treasury wallet. This is a split of creator fees, not 80% of the amount somebody spends buying a token.

HOME / BUSINESS OWNER
80%
HOMIO TREASURY
20%

The setup fixes these recipients and disables subsequent recipient updates in the launch flow. Review the treasury and owner addresses before signing. A correctly configured split cannot be redirected later through the Homio UI.

The treasury receives SOL for community and project use. This does not automatically buy, burn or distribute the main Homio token. Treasury receipts are not a promise that the token price will rise, and token holders do not receive an automatic legal claim on treasury funds.

Distributable fees and the transaction needed to distribute them depend on the Pump contracts and current on-chain state. Where a fee distribution action is available, it distributes the amount actually accrued. Displayed game activity and launch counts must not be read as realized earnings.

The homepage's recorded owner payouts figure counts SOL actually received by owners in finalized distributions verified through Homio. It excludes the treasury share, unclaimed fees and payments not recorded through this flow. It is a partial record, not lifetime earnings. Public transaction receipts are retained for retry if recording is delayed; recording a receipt never requests another transfer.

[ 13 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Profiles, leaderboards and chat.

Profiles bring together a wallet's public identity, homes, memberships and business activity. Leaderboards use recorded Homio account and ownership data; they are not a live trading profit leaderboard and do not prove anyone's real-world wealth.

Neighbourhood chat is shared and persistent when the live database is configured. Sign in and join the relevant neighbourhood before posting. Messages are fetched from the server so other members can see them. Connection problems can delay updates; chat is not an encrypted private messenger.

Global chat is publicly readable; posting requires wallet sign-in. Neighbourhood chat requires membership and a current passing token balance to read or post. Messages are limited to 500 characters. You can delete your own messages, and a neighbourhood founder can moderate messages in that neighbourhood.

Keep conversation lawful and respectful. Do not post seed phrases, private information, impersonation, threats, scam links or misleading return claims. Public profile and chat content is attributable to the wallet that submitted it. Operators may restrict abusive accounts or content, subject to applicable law.

[ 14 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Live services and unavailable data.

Homio separates a browseable preview from live, persistent operation. An unconfigured preview shows the grid and neighbourhood layout with vacant plots. It does not seed occupied homes, real users, active trading volume or claimed earnings. Actual homes are populated from the live ownership registry.

24-hour HOMIO volume comes from DEX Screener's indexed Solana pools for the configured HOMIO mint, with each pool counted once. It may omit bonding-curve or unindexed trades, and a trade routed through several pools can contribute to each pool's volume. It measures pool turnover, not revenue. Home totals and rankings come from the live ownership registry. Missing sources display an unavailable state rather than a fabricated zero.

FeatureWhat it needs
Explore neighbourhoods, empty plots and homesA browser; the default grid view avoids continuous 3D rendering
Persistent profiles, ownership, memberships and chatA configured server database and wallet sign-in
Holder checks, road gates and game coin claimsThe real Homio mint and a working Solana RPC
Pump token launches and fee setupLaunches enabled, a configured treasury, supported metadata, mainnet RPC and owner approval
Agent token proposalsAn eligible business and configured AI provider; proposals still require review and an owner-signed launch

When a required service is not configured, the interface explains that limitation and the protected operation stays unavailable. No unconfigured action should be described as a successful blockchain transaction. The presence of a button or preview scene is not proof of a deployed contract or a funded treasury.

Terms and risks.

Nature of the project

Homio is an experimental social game and memecoin project. All references to land, homes, property, roads, rent, businesses and neighbourhoods describe digital experiences unless expressly stated otherwise. No physical real estate, registered title, equity, debt, lease, tenancy or enforceable claim to future profits is conveyed by a game object or token.

No promises of profit or continued utility

There is no guarantee of price, value, liquidity, income, fees, exchange listing, buybacks, development milestones, uptime or future features. Tokens may become worthless. Agents may produce unsuitable ideas. Community members can make inaccurate claims. Gameplay functions do not make any token a safe investment.

Your decisions and transactions

You decide whether to connect a wallet, hold a token or sign a transaction. Check addresses and transaction details yourself. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. You are responsible for the wallet and content you control and for compliance with laws that apply to your activity, including any reporting or tax obligations. Content on Homio is general project information, not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Third-party and technical risks

Solana, wallet applications, RPC services, Pump, hosting providers and other integrations are independently operated. Outages, malicious tokens, compromised wallets, smart-contract defects, network congestion, market manipulation, software errors and regulatory changes can cause loss or interruption. Homio cannot reverse a transaction merely because you regret it or sent funds to the wrong address.

Liability and protected rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis, and Homio and its contributors disclaim warranties and liability for trading losses, loss of anticipated profits, lost data and loss arising from third-party services or events beyond their reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. This includes applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms do not excuse fraud, deliberate misconduct or any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent lawfully permitted and does not remove the remaining protections or obligations.

Access and conduct

Use the service only where lawful and if you are at least 18 and legally able to agree to its terms. Do not manipulate reward checks, exploit software, impersonate people, infringe intellectual property, promote unlawful offerings or mislead other users about a token. The game may be updated, paused or discontinued; this does not eliminate obligations or remedies that the law preserves.

[ 16 / DOCUMENTATION ]

Privacy and public wallet data.

Homio stores public wallet addresses, chosen profile details, ownership and membership records, game balances, activity and submitted chat content to operate the world. Authentication uses signed messages and a session cookie. Infrastructure providers may process ordinary request and security logs.

Wallet addresses, token holdings and blockchain transactions can be inspected through public networks and explorers. A pseudonymous profile is not a promise of anonymity. Do not put private or sensitive information into a display name, bio, token description or chat.

Disconnecting a wallet ends the connection in your browser; it does not erase blockchain history or automatically delete stored game records. Tokens and metadata published to third-party or decentralized systems may remain available indefinitely. Chat and profile data are not end-to-end encrypted.

Homio does not ask for, store or recover wallet seed phrases or private keys. If you lose access to your wallet, the application cannot sign on your behalf. Never share a recovery phrase in a profile, chat message or support request.
